Adult Fitness:

Class Description: This program is designed for adults and triathletes in training.  We will show you drills that enhance your ability and skill to swim with higher efficiency;  the freestyle will be the main emphasis of our program, and please be open-minded and receptive to the other competitive styles, namely backstroke, in order to find your power source and breaststroke for safety purposes.  Drills will be introduced and reviewed.  Every drill tends to do something for each swimmer that can enhance the way they perform.

Crossfit Swim:

Class Description:  This class is constantly varied, high intensity, functional movement.  The idea of always changing the workouts, never letting your body adapt is the way Crossfit is great for getting results.  Your body never gets used to anything so you never reach those plateaus.  These movements are used every day like:  squatting, dead lifting, pulling yourself up,etc.

Waterobics:

Class Description: This class is an aerobic session in the pool that can maintain and improve stamina, strength and suppleness as well as increase cardiovascular fitness.  Unlike aerobics in land, Water Aerobics is low –impact and the cushioning effect of the water protect the joints in the spine, ankle, hip, and knees.  It is suitable for people of all ages and abilities as participants can work at a variety of levels by increasing effort and using resistance equipment.

Body Sculpting in the Water:

Class Description:  This class is a more advanced workout for those who would like to challenge their water fitness level.  Every muscle will be used for toning and sculpting the whole body.

H20 Arthritis and Low Back Pain:

Class Description:  This class will help the Arthritis with strength and endurance which will increase the quality of life and will enable the exerciser to perform activities with ease in a daily life.  For Back Pain the exercise will be design to reverse daily routine imbalances with emphasis on strengthening the posterior muscles and paying close attention to posture.  It will help participants to find a neutral posture and help them to check their alignment.

Aqua Zumba:

Class Description:  This class is known as Zumba “pool party” gives new meaning to the idea of an invigorating workout.  Splashing, stretching, twisting, and even shouting, laughing, hooting and hollering are often heard during class.  Integrating the Zumba formula and philosophy with traditional aqua fitness disciplines;  Aqua Zumba blends it together into a safe, challenging, water-based workout that is cardio conditioning, body toning, and most of all exhilarating beyond belief.
